Your journey begins as you arrive in Kolkata, a city known for its rich culture, warm people, and deep-rooted history. After arrival at the airport or railway station, you are welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Once you check in, take some time to rest and refresh after the journey.
In the afternoon, the tour starts gently to help you settle into the city’s rhythm. You visit the iconic Victoria Memorial, one of Kolkata’s most beautiful landmarks. Surrounded by gardens and grand colonial architecture, this monument gives you a glimpse into the British era and the city’s historical importance. Walking around the area feels calm and elegant, making it a perfect introduction to Kolkata.
Later, you enjoy a scenic drive past important city landmarks and colonial buildings, which reflect the old-world charm of the city. As evening approaches, you head towards the Hooghly River area. Watching the Howrah Bridge, one of India’s busiest and most famous bridges, is a memorable experience, especially as it lights up after sunset. The river breeze and slow-moving boats create a peaceful atmosphere.
After a relaxed evening, you return to your hotel. Dinner is served, and the day ends with a comfortable overnight stay. The first day is designed to be light and enjoyable, allowing you to absorb the city’s mood without any rush.
Day 2 – Kolkata | Spiritual & Cultural Exploration

The temple’s peaceful environment and spiritual energy make it one of the most important places in the city. Spending time here brings a sense of calm and devotion.
From Dakshineswar, you proceed to Belur Math, the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Mission. This place is known for its serene surroundings and beautiful architecture that blends different religious styles. Walking through the campus feels peaceful and inspiring.
Later, you visit Mother Teresa’s House, a simple yet powerful place that reflects a life dedicated to service and humanity. The atmosphere here is quiet and deeply moving.
In the afternoon, you explore the colonial heart of the city, driving past historic areas and busy streets that show everyday Kolkata life. You may also visit local markets or sweet shops to taste famous Bengali sweets.
In the evening, you return to the hotel. Dinner is served, and you rest overnight, carrying spiritual calm and cultural memories from the day.
