Day 1 – Bangalore Arrival → Mysore

Your journey begins as you arrive at Bangalore Airport or Railway Station. Our representative greets you warmly and guides you toward your comfortable vehicle. As you start driving to Mysore, the scenery slowly shifts from city buildings to open farms, tall coconut trees, and peaceful countryside. Midway, you stop at Srirangapatna, the historic capital of Tipu Sultan. Here you explore Ranganathaswamy Temple, Daria Daulat Palace, and the remains of the old fort, giving a royal start to your tour. By afternoon, you reach your Mysore hotel and check in. After a short rest, head out to visit the magnificent Mysore Palace, glowing in its golden charm. The architecture, carvings, and royal stories create a magical time-travel feel. In the evening, stroll through Brindavan Gardens, where the musical fountain show adds fun and colour to the winter breeze. Day 2 – Mysore → Ooty

After breakfast, check out and begin your scenic road journey towards Ooty—the Queen of the Nilgiris. The drive is filled with lush greenery, rolling hills, and forest landscapes. As you pass through Bandipur Tiger Reserve, keep your eyes open—you may spot deer, elephants, or peacocks right from the road. Entering Tamil Nadu, continue through Mudumalai Forest and climb the famous 36 hairpin bends. Each turn opens a new view of the misty mountains and tea gardens. En route visit Pykara Lake, Pykara Falls, and Shooting Point, perfect for photos and fresh cool air. By afternoon, reach your Ooty hotel and relax. In the evening, you can visit Ooty Lake for boating or explore the local market for homemade chocolates and woollen shopping. Overnight stay in Ooty.

Day 3 – Ooty Full Day Sightseeing

Today is a beautiful, relaxing hill-station day. Begin with a drive to Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiris, offering sweeping views of green mountains and floating clouds. Next, visit the Tea Factory & Tea Museum, where you learn how tea is made and taste different flavours—masala, chocolate, ginger, and more. Continue to the Chocolate Museum, a favourite for kids and families. After lunch, visit the iconic Botanical Garden, spread across 55 acres, filled with rare trees, colourful flowers, and peaceful walking paths. Later explore the fragrant Rose Garden, home to hundreds of rose varieties. Evening time is perfect for a gentle walk near Ooty Lake, a pony ride, or a short shopping round for winter caps, wooden crafts, and spices. Overnight stay in Ooty.

Day 4 – Ooty → Coonoor Excursion

After breakfast, drive to Coonoor, a charming hill town known for calm weather and scenic viewpoints. Optionally, enjoy a short Toy Train ride—a UNESCO heritage experience that takes you through tunnels, bridges, and tea plantations. Visit Sim’s Park, a beautifully maintained botanical garden with rare trees and vibrant flowers. Then proceed to Lamb’s Rock, offering breathtaking valley views, followed by Dolphin’s Nose, one of the most dramatic viewpoints in the Nilgiris where you can see Catherine Falls from afar. Day 5 – Ooty → Bangalore Departure

After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey towards Bangalore. Enjoy the scenic mountain drive one last time as you descend through forests and winding roads. As the climate slowly becomes warmer, you’ll notice the landscape changing from hills to plains. Stop for lunch en route and continue the drive. Reach Bangalore by late afternoon or early evening, depending on traffic. You will be dropped off at Bangalore Airport or Railway Station with wonderful memories of Mysore’s royal heritage, Ooty’s cool climate, breathtaking viewpoints, tea gardens, and peaceful holiday moments.
