Day wise Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi – Amritsar
Your journey begins with arrival in Delhi, where you are warmly greeted by our tour representative. From here, you proceed towards Amritsar, a city deeply rooted in spirituality and history. The road journey offers a gradual transition from bustling cityscapes to the culturally rich land of Punjab. Upon arrival in Amritsar, check in to your hotel and take time to relax after the journey. The evening is kept free, allowing you to unwind or take a leisurely walk around the nearby area. This calm start prepares you for the meaningful experiences ahead. Overnight stay at Amritsar.
Day 2: Amritsar Sightseeing
After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the sacred Golden Temple, the spiritual heart of Sikhism. Experience the serene atmosphere as the golden shrine reflects beautifully in the holy Sarovar. Later, visit Jallianwala Bagh, a historic memorial that stands as a reminder of India’s freedom struggle. In the evening, proceed to the Wagah Border to witness the daily retreat ceremony, a powerful display of patriotism and discipline by Indian and Pakistani forces. Return to the hotel after the ceremony for a comfortable overnight stay in Amritsar.
Day 3: Amritsar – Katra
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Katra via Jammu. Devotees may undertake the trek on foot or opt for available services such as ponies or palkis. The spiritual atmosphere and chants along the route create a deeply uplifting experience. Day 5: Katra – Pahalgam

Day 5: Katra – Pahalgam
After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Katra and begin your journey towards Pahalgam, one of the most scenic destinations in Kashmir. The drive takes you through winding mountain roads, rivers flowing alongside, and changing landscapes that slowly introduce you to the beauty of the Kashmir Valley. En route, you visit the historic Avantipora Ruins, ancient temple remains that reflect the architectural brilliance of early Kashmiri civilization. As you continue towards Pahalgam, the surroundings become greener and more peaceful. Tall pine trees, open meadows, and the sound of the Lidder River welcome you on arrival. Day 6: Pahalgam Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a full day of sightseeing in and around Pahalgam. Local sightseeing is done by union taxi on a direct payment basis, as per local regulations. Your first stop is Betaab Valley, a stunning location known for its lush green meadows, crystal-clear streams, and snow-covered mountains. The valley is a popular photography spot and offers a peaceful environment to enjoy nature at its best.
Next, visit Aru Valley, a charming village surrounded by dense forests and majestic peaks. This valley is known for its untouched beauty and calm atmosphere. You can spend time soaking in the views or simply relaxing amidst nature. Later, proceed to Chandanwari, the starting point of the holy Amarnath Yatra. Located along the Lidder River, Chandanwari offers breathtaking views of glaciers and rugged mountain terrain.
After exploring these scenic locations, return to Pahalgam by evening. The rest of the time is free to relax at the hotel or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Dinner is served at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay.

Day 7: Pahalgam – Srinagar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Srinagar, the capital city of Jammu and Kashmir. The journey offers scenic views of valleys, rivers, and traditional Kashmiri villages along the way. On arrival in Srinagar, check in to your hotel and freshen up.
Later, begin a half-day sightseeing tour of the famous Mughal Gardens. Visit Nishat Bagh, known as the “Garden of Bliss,” offering panoramic views of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. Continue to Shalimar Bagh, a beautifully designed garden that once served as a royal retreat. Day 9: Srinagar – Houseboat Stay
After breakfast, enjoy Srinagar local sightseeing and free time for shopping. You may explore the local markets, known for Kashmiri handicrafts, shawls, dry fruits, and souvenirs. The vibrant markets reflect the culture and lifestyle of the region.
Later, proceed for a unique and memorable experience by checking in to a traditional Kashmiri houseboat on Dal Lake. Staying on a houseboat offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The gentle movement of water and quiet surroundings make this stay truly special.
Spend the evening relaxing on the houseboat, enjoying the calmness of Dal Lake. Dinner is served onboard, followed by an overnight stay on the houseboat.
