Day 01:

Arrival in Delhi

Once you arrive at the Delhi international airport, get transferred to the hotel. After completing the check-in process, you will unwind yourself in your pre- assisted room. Then, you will have a delicious dinner at the hotel and jump on the comfy bed for a peaceful sleep.

Day 02:

Delhi

On day 2, post breakfast, proceed for a Delhi city tour. During sightseeing, you will cover the tourist attractions of Old and New Delhi, which will include Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar, President?s House, Birla Minar, Connaught Place, and India Gate. In addition, you can opt for a Sound and Light Show at Red Fort in the evening. Overnight stay.

Day 03:

Delhi - Srinagar

Post breakfast, move to the airport to board a flight for Srinagar. Once you arrive, get an assisted transfer to a houseboat. The afternoon is free for leisure activities. In the evening, enjoy the Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Overnight stay in the houseboat.

Day 04:

Srinagar

After having breakfast, proceed for a half-day in the well-known Mughal Gardens, where you will cover the Nishat Bagh, the garden of pleasure, and Shalimar Bagh, the abode of love. Back to the houseboat for lunch, followed by a Shikara ride on the Dal Lake. Overnight in the houseboat.

Day 05:

Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar (112 kms)

After breakfast, leave for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, a beautiful and extremely popular region in the valley. After landing in Gulmarg, you will enjoy fun activities such as a Gondola ride (cable car), starting from Gulmarg up to Khalinmarg. Then, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 06:

Sonamarg - Kargil (205 kms)

Post breakfast; begin your journey to Kargil. En route, halt at Sonamarg (2740 meters), another beautiful valley village offering a mesmerizing view to the onlooker. Next, you will cross Zojila pass, situated at 3527 meters. Then, move on to Drass, where you stop for refreshments and passport formalities. Finally, after around 2.5 hours, you will reach (2710 meters). On arrival, check into the hotel and have an overnight stay.

Day 07:

Kargil - Leh (235 kms)

On day 7 of the Kashmir Ladakh tour package, savor an early breakfast and start your full-day road journey to Leh. You are going to cross three passes while ascending. First is Mulbek, a Buddhist village. The highest point will be the Fotulan pass (4166 meters.) By lunch hour, you reach Lamayuru Monastery, one of the oldest ones. Later, move on to Nimu, the village located near the river Zanskar. At last, you will reach Leh at an altitude of 3500 meters. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 08:

Leh

You will have a delicious and crunchy breakfast in your room in the morning. After having the meal, you will indulge in leisure activities. In the afternoon, leave to visit Phyang, Spituk, and Shanker Gompa. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 09:

Leh - Khardongla pass - Leh (85 kms)

Wake up early in the morning and start this day with a healthy breakfast. Once you finish the meal, you will embark on a day trip to Khardung La pass. It is well-known as the world's highest motorable road at 5600 meters. Enjoy the fantastic surroundings with the snow-covered peaks and lush greenery. By the evening, return to Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 10:

Leh - Delhi

Today, get transferred to the Leh airport to board a flight to Delhi. Once you arrive, get transferred to the international airport to board a flight for your onward destination.

Advanced Preparation

As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
